    Aside from owning Fix Wine Bar, Stu Knox is a judge for a number of well-known Australian wine shows, including the Royal Hobart Wine Show and the Sydney Royal Wine Show.  Wine School 101 is a great opportunity to taste some of the most interesting wines Stuart has come across.

    This month Stuart is talking about a range of interesting skin contact wines from around the world. Known as “orange wines” for their look and colour – not their origin 😊

    Tickets are $60 per head and include a taste of 5-6 wines, accompanied with cheese and salumi boards.

    Stu will take you through the ways rosé can be made and look at the varying styles from Australia and around the world.
