Shipping & Delivery Terms

All wine deliveries needed for Christmas 2017 need to be ordered and paid for online by no later than Friday 15th December 2017.

This applies for metro & greater Sydney, for large eastern regional areas of NSW and for Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane.

All other areas will need to have ordered and paid for their wines by Wednesday 13th December 2017.

Otherwise your wines may be delivered either after Christmas or in early 2018.

Do you deliver to my post code?

We do our best, and will ship across Australia eventually, but there are a few areas we are unable to ship to at this stage. This includes Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory.  If you’re in doubt, be sure to send us an email or contact us over telephone where we can answer your questions.

We currently focus on shipping to Eastern Australian, major cities and eastern states regional areas. This includes Sydney and the greater Sydney area, Newcastle, Woolongong, Singleton, Muswellbrook, Blue Mountains, Bowral, Nowra, Albury, Canberra, Tamworth, Coffs Harbour, Tweed Heads, Gold Coast, Brisbane and Melbourne.

How much will shipping cost?

The cost of shipping will be calculated during checkout, when you enter your address.

Shipping costs may vary based on your location, however we currently offer a simple Flat Rate for Shipping of $12.00 

Can I qualify for free shipping?

Shipping on all orders over $250 is free, no matter where you are in the country.

Spend more than $250 in the store and the free shipping option will automatically become available in the checkout.

 

How quickly will my order be dispatched and shipped?

As soon as possible! Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before our team are able to dispatch your order. After that, here are the delivery time frames for your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

This can be variable depending on your location. For a guide, please see the table above.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

We are not currently set up for same-day deliveries. If you need your order quickly, contact us directly on 0418 688 465. We can usually get your order to you, on request.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. You’re very welcome to pick-up your order.

We offer city collection for all orders at Fix Wine Bar + Restaurant  @ 111 Elizabeth Street Sydney.

This can be same day service if orders are made prior to midday, please call us to arrange best times for your collection on 0418688465

Can someone else accept my delivery when it arrives?

As long as the person receiving the order is over the age of 18 and can provide photo ID on request. They can sign for your order. Fix Wine Store takes our obligations to RSA very seriously. Deliveries cannot be signed for by anyone under the age of 18.

Are you able to leave my package, when someone isn’t available to sign for it?

Fix Wine Store takes our RSA seriously and prefer not to leave a wine delivery unattended for this reason. If you are not available when you delivery arrives you will usually find a calling card explaining your wine is with Fastway Couriers or Australia Post – awaiting further instruction.

Fix Wine Store does take our RSA seriously and can not deliver wines to anyone less than 18 years of age. 

If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine. 

There has been an issue with the shipment of my order or the delivery courier. Who do I contact?

If your package is damaged before it reaches you the couriers will let us know. We will contact you to inform you & organise a new delivery

If you sign for a delivery but then find that something isn’t right, please contact immediately on 0418 688 465.

In the very unlikely event you are unhappy for any reason, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. We will replace or refund your money, whatever you choose.

All we ask is that the goods still be in a saleable condition, in original packaging and are not damaged. The refund is for the item only and does not include freight charges.

We do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit and recommend you consider insuring the return shipment.
